before she became a dragonfly
she lived inside the trees
her unseen wings were a part of the branches
her tails was just one tail
and it hadn't even grown out
but her longing for being another creature
made her thoughts try to scare her feelings
far over every field
she tried to escape into the grass
however she remained
in her own sweet skin
in her sense of mystery
she realised she must be the same girl
and only time had shifted place
